That was for the Valete weekend, we had a weekend package, pre-dinner drinks, post valete entertainment, and refreshments at the annual cricket match on the Sunday. That’s about all I can remember of the weekend. (Ian Davis 2014)
I was there from mid 1973 to end 1976. Geoff Rossiter was Warden and Dr John Ritchie was deputy. Ritchie was very keen on Aussie Rules Football and Burton was a good team in those days.
I was President of the Residents Association in 1975.
